For its new Château de Môtiers  collection presented at the 2015 Salon, BOVET wanted to add an additional touch of symbolism with the universal Flower of Life  theme. This symbol has been considered to be the fundamental model of creation for millennia thanks to its geometric design and is present in many cultures and religions. The secret of the Flower of Life  was preserved for thousands of years in ancient artefacts and sculptures from around the world and is encoded in the very cells of all life forms.

The Flower of Life  is composed of several overlapping, crisscrossing circles, emanating from a central circle. The basic geometric structure that develops from its center illustrates that all forms of life grow from a single source, in the same way as cellular division, which continues until each life form has achieved its most harmonious form.

According to Plato, the Flower of Life  is the key to understanding the physics of the Cosmos. And the most famous scholars including Einstein, Pythagoras, Leonardo de Vinci and Newton all had the same profound intuition that simple, universal keys could systematically unlock the workings of all physical phenomena existing in the apparent chaos and disorder.
